The foundations of Acarsan Holding were laid in 1977 under the leadership of Selim Acar, Chairman of the Board of Directors. It has continued its service, production, import-export activities in agriculture, international oil and various product transport and many other sectors under different titles and reached its current position under the name of Acarsan Holding.
ACARSAN Holding, which has carried out prestigious works at home and abroad with its management approach aiming continuous development and always aiming to achieve better, has taken its strength in its success-oriented works from the value it attaches to people; It has kept the development of its employees, the satisfaction of its customers and business partners above all material values and has succeeded in being a pioneer in every sector it has entered with this aspect.

Acarsan Holding is one of the supply companies of Iraq, Libya, North Africa, Middle East countries and the United Nations in the production sector. It manufactures pasta, flour, semolina and noodles in its modern facilities and offers its own brands ‘Acarsan, Banetti and Rodilla’ to both domestic and foreign markets.
Acarsan Holding exports to many countries in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas, especially in Europe. Also their own brands; Acarsan, Nobelux, Mahya, Vianetti, Riavia, Rodilla, Pasta Benetti, Macar, Maxun, Nice Baby, 24 Ayar, Time Turca, Kan, Pastavia, Nobel, El Faruk Un and food products (pasta, flour, semolina, chocolate-biscuit-wafer, pulses, sunflower oil, grain products), cleaning and hygiene products (diapers and cleaning products), construction products (iron, profile, sheet metal, cement, and others), and various products according to demand (white goods, kitchenware, petroleum and plastics, electrical-electronics).
Acarsan Holding, in the automotive sector; Audi brand's Gaziantep Sales - Service and Spare Parts Dealership, Audi Prime DOD and petrol station (Opet Gaziantep Centre) trade in petrol and petroleum products. It also has activities in the fleet sector and continues its activities in many provinces of Turkey under the membership of All Car Rental Organisations Association (TOKKDER) with the brand ‘Acarsan Fleet’.
In the Vehicle Inspection Sector, Acarsan Holding provides inspection and technical control services to motor vehicles with TÜVTÜRK vehicle inspection stations in 5 different centres (Mardin Centre, Mardin Nusaybin, Siirt Centre, Şırnak Centre and Şırnak-Cizre) and 3 mobile vehicle stations in accordance with world standards in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport and Doğuş Group TAV - TÜV SUD.
Acarsan Holding has realised a first in Gaziantep and its region with ICONOVA, a modern and environmentally friendly housing project in the construction sector. ICONOVA housing project, which makes its residents feel special and privileged with the prestigious living space it offers, is built on an open area of 52.000 m². The project, which has a total construction area of 255.000 m², consists of 7 skyscrapers with different floor heights ranging from 26 to 46. In ICONOVA, which has a total of 577 apartments and 41 commercial areas, apartment sizes vary between 206 m2 and 1000 m2.
Within the scope of overseas contracting services, Acarsan Holding carries out the construction of 11 hospitals in Iraq in accordance with world standards, fully equipped and with high bed capacity within the framework of the contract with the Iraqi government.
Acarsan Holding has undertaken the project, construction, medical equipment, building management system and hospital management system of 8 of the hospitals under construction in Karbala, Nasiriyah, Amara, Kut, Tuz Khormato, Ramada and Dujayil, 2 each in Hilla and Basra, on a turnkey basis and delivered the hospitals.
Acarsan Holding has also started its initiatives in the energy sector and with Greeneco Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., it has entered the tenders of geothermal fields opened by MTA (General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration) and has acquired six of them. Currently, electricity generation, greenhouse cultivation, health tourism, urban and residential heating are carried out in our fields.

In addition, Acarsan Holding, which has started 5 separate projects for Hydroelectric Power Plants (HEPP), respectively projects has developed according to the latest technological standards;
1- Çatak-Deliktaş Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant project (Conversion of hydraulic potential energy of Çatak water between 1.490-1.360 metres elevation into electrical energy within the borders of Çatak district of Van province),
2- Beşik Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant Project (conversion of hydraulic potential energy between 1.756-1.635 metres elevation of Mukus Stream in Bahçesaray district of Van province into electrical energy),
3- Tüğsüs Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant Project (Conversion of the hydraulic potential energy between the elevations of 1.601-1.480 metres of Mukus Stream into electrical energy within the borders of Bahçesaray district of Van province),
4- Gökay 1 Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant Project (Conversion of the hydraulic potential energy between 1.345-1.203 metres elevation of Hizan Stream (Akkilise Stream) in Hizan district of Bitlis province into electrical energy),
5- Gökay 2 Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant Project (Conversion of hydraulic potential energy between 1.200-1.125 metres elevation of Hizan Stream (Akkilise Stream) into electrical energy within the borders of Hizan District of Bitlis Province).
Solar energy is preferred because it is extremely easy to use, environmentally friendly and clean energy. The fact that SPP production costs are lower than other energy sources and that economic difficulties can be overcome in this sense makes solar energy the energy source of the future. Greeneco SPP, which will be installed in the licence area in Denizli, aims to add strength to Turkey's power and continues these works with all its facilities.
